Payment is securely handled by PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account. Take a look at the options when you check out - you can pay with a credit card securely there if you prefer.

Return Policy

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Unfortunately, items may not be returned and we do not issues refunds. If you are displeased with your order, please contact a sales representative at sales@thatssovain.com so that we may assist you. 

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact SoVAiN's Customer Service. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Shipping Information 

SoVAiN ships via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Service for $11.50 on all orders in the United States (excluding sample sizes). Orders take about 2-3 days to arrive after shipment. Once order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  Click here for the most up to date shipping information.

Orders outside of the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Service for $35.00 (excluding travel/sample sizes). 

All pricing indicated via this website are exclusive of sales tax, government taxes, and VAT. Shipping and handling are not included in these prices. Shipping prices as well as tax and VAT are calculated at checkout at PayPal. 

Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct. If you are purchasing a gift to be sent to someone other than you, please provide their shipping address on PayPal. We will ship the gift to that address. SoVAiN will not replace purchases that have been sent to the incorrect address. SoVAiN is not responsible for items lost en route via USPS. 

Any free shipping promotional is strictly for the United States unless otherwise indicated in contest rules and regulations.

SoVAiN is moving! We are currently moving our offices and will close our e-retail store until our RE-OPEN on December 5. Thank you so much for your patience!
