Supplement Tip: Vitamins B & C for Hair Loss

SUPPLEMENT TIP: When taking B and C vitamins, please bear in mind that they are water soluble. This means that water washes them out of your system and the body cannot store them. Therefore, after taking B and C vitamins I would not drink a lot of water for at least one to two hours, so that your body can absorb more. If you don't you will notice your urine will be a bright yellow color, an indication of these vitamins leaving your body. Stay fit and well family.
SoVAiN Says: Vitamins B & C help prevent hair loss, brittle hair, and "lifeless" looking dry hair. They also help to prevent split hairs (split ends, mid-shaft splits, etc). Lastly, vitamin B (especially Biotin) can help promote hair growth.
