One of my favorite things about curly hair is the ability to co-wash hair and let it air dry in its naturally beautiful, curly state. However, there are a few tips on how to keep your wash n' go looking good.

1. Skip washing your hair daily. Freshen your curls with a water based leave in conditioner in between washes. Ensure that the leave in conditioner has a more acidic pH to ensure hair stays moisturized. Co-washing will help hair stay even more hydrated and frizz free. You should co-wash about every three days.

2. Seal! Seal! Seal! Seal your hair with a medium to heavy oil or butter (depending on your texture). Nothing worse than a tired looking, dried out curly do.

3. Define your curls with a bit of flaxseed gel. Flaxseed gel will leave your hair shiny and non-crunchy while defining your curls and really making them pop.

So there you go...some quick tips for maintaining a sexy wash n' go. What tricks of the trade have you learned?

Happy hair growing!
