Healthy Hair Tip: Eating a balanced diet will help to keep your hair shedding rate low. Nutritional deficiencies, crash dieting, inappropriate amounts of protein, and certain medications can increase the amount of hair you shed as well as increase the fragility of hair strands leading to breakage. Eat a balanced diet and follow w/ a multivitamin in order to reduce shedding and breakage.
